Clearing your music for airplay

If you would like to submit your music for consideration, or if you were previously contacted by us or one of our DJs and you were asked for permission to play your music, read the permission letter and fill out all form fields accordingly. All required fields must be completed for proper clearance of your music. If you have any questions or concerns, please refer to the Frequently Asked Question page or e-mail us through the Contact Page.

Your form will be stored for future reference, and it will also be forwarded to DJs that play the type of music you specify in the Music Style dropdown menu. You will need to work out with the DJ how to get them your music.

"I grant permission to Cygnus Radio to use performances to which I own complete rights or have licensed rights, under the following conditions:

  
"1. Cygnus Radio is granted non-exclusive permission to play the music, including webcasting and podcasting, royalty free.
  
"2. Neither Cygnus Radio, nor any of its member radio shows, shall provide downloadable MP3 files of the songs themselves to the public. The songs are only to be used in the context of a Cygnus Radio show, including podcasts. However, the songs may be made available to Cygnus radio hosts via Cygnus Radio's private Music Vault.
  
"3. I may rescind any permission granted, including all permission to Cygnus Radio, at any time and at my discretion, with reasonable notice.
  
*"4. I am legally entitled to make this agreement on behalf of the abovenamed entities. Any performances for which I do not have authority to grant permission are not included in this agreement, and I will attempt in good faith to inform Cygnus Radio which performances are not covered.*
